• Verify the project's complexity and scope

Compile additional drawings along with council submitted documents and call the tender to local builders and suppliers:

• Review offers and provide recommendations on whether to award the construction contract.

Once the contractor has been chosen after client and consultant meetings:

• Contract award acceptance letter is signed by client and both parties ( Consultant & Main Contractor )

• Manage the construction contract

• Check the works for compliance with the contract documentation and for a level of quality that is acceptable by industry standards.
